Learning Day includes a range of half-day and full-day courses designed for every level of Lean, across job functions and disciplines. Whether you’re attending Congress for the first time or have years of Lean experience, these add-on courses offer a valuable opportunity to build knowledge, sharpen your practice, and make deeper connections between Lean principles and your day-to-day work.

For those new to Lean or new to Congress, Learning Day offers foundational courses to help you get grounded before the Core Program begins. For experienced practitioners, advanced sessions provide space to go deeper, explore new applications, and challenge your thinking alongside peers and industry experts.
