Your abstract for the 27th annual LCI Congress has been received. The review committee will be reviewing all proposals before making final selections on or before May 9, 2024. Submitting an abstract is the first step to becoming an LCI Congress presenter and to sharing your Lean journey or best practices with fellow colleagues practicing Lean design and construction in the field!

This year’s theme is Building Champions: Constructing the Game Plan for Lean Success. The program has four concurrent tracks:

• Setting the Strategy: Laying the Groundwork for Success
• Executing the Playbook: Precision and Safety on the Field
• The Winning Formula: Innovation and Continuous Improvement
